What is the standard delivery timeframe within Egypt?
We offer nationwide shipping across Egypt. Orders within Cairo and Giza typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while delivery to other governorates may take 4-6 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear or undergarments cannot be returned.
Can I try on my order before paying the courier?
Yes, we allow customers to check the size and quality of the items while the courier is at the door. If you are not satisfied, you can return the order immediately and only pay the shipping fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt. We also support secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and ValU for installment plans.
